This app is so bad seriously. First you have to create a new account even if you have a pia account. Then to link accounts it's so bad and non intuitive. Instead of being in the settings you have to Click on the small "way to obtain tickets" at the bottom. And then, after linking the account. The tickets still don't show up anyway. This app is trash and whoever designed it should be ashamed of themselves.
Can't get my ticket as the app requires a Japanese phone number. Very unfriendly for tourists in Japan

Can't get the app to send the SMS to create my account.
I have an account but it won't let me log in. Try to reset my password but there's always an error, can't make a new account cause it keeps saying I already have an account with that number. I bought tickets for a show that need to use this app and I can't access them!
I can't login my account and I try to contact you many times. But you don't answer.
